Oliver Schubert, the president and founder of Casino Software & Services, LLC, born in Vienna, started to be interested in computers at the age of 12.

At the age of 15 he joined IBM as an apprentice working in several different departments including the software development laboratory.

 

When he turned 22, he quit his job at IBM and moved to the United States. After getting his Associate Degree in Aviation at Central Texas College, he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where he worked for a few years as a sightseeing pilot for Lake Mead Air flying tourists to the Grand Canyon.

 

In 1992 he founded Casino Software & Services, Inc to promote and develop a unique Blackjack player evaluation system: Blackjack Survey Voice (now known as "BJSurvey").

 

On November 6th, 2001 Oliver was issued patent 6,313,871 from the United States Patent Office for "Apparatus and method for monitoring gambling chips".

 

August 2002, Oliver made Casino Software & Services, LLC inactive and joined Shuffle Master (which was taken over by "Bally Technology" in 2014) as their new "Director of Product Development - Smart Tables". During that time he co-authored 27 additional patents. Shuffle Master made Blackjack Survey Voice part of their product line and changed the name to Bloodhound.

 

February 2006, Oliver left Shuffle Master and reactivated Casino Software & Services, LLC. Bloodhound was changed to BJSurvey and was once again being sold and supported by his company
Casino Software & Services, LLC.
